How to Create Golden Frame for picture 1 : Easy Tip

1. Open image, picture of photo that you would like to frame

2. Creating the Oval frame (or other shape that you prefer)for the pictures. Uses "Elliptical Marquee Tool".

3."Copy" the contents of the selected area.

4.Create new file that bigger than the seletion area and "paste" the selection in.












5. On new file, Right click on the the picture. In the Layers panel and click "Blending Options".

6. Set Layer Style-> Stroke
Size =5
Position=Outsize
Color = Orange (I used #DEAE25) No need to be too bright. We will be convert to be metalic shinny later anyway.

7. On Bevel and Emboss, give it an Outer Bevel, with the Gloss Contour set to "Ring - Double". This gives the frame a metallic shine. (If you would like it more brighter set "Highlight Mode : Linear Dodge")






8. You could be finish here or add some detail such as :

Inner Shadow :
"Layer Style -> Inner
Shadow -> Blend Mode=#FFFFFF, Opacity =30%, Distance = 2, Size=3, Contour = Half Round "

Sparkles:
select the Brush Tool and set "Foreground Colour ->white". From the drop-down menu at the top left, select "Star" brush in the right size (large size for large picture, small size for small picture). Apply it to the edges of the frames.

Background : (select some dark color)
Create new under layer = Black

Finished ^_^
